September budget & brief update on our LEED house
Just a quick post - photos will be coming soon - we are making great progress on the house. Floors are going in, countertops almost finished and the roof is about to go on. We have also made plans for landscaping. Lights are also arriving. In the meantime, the budget is still steady and on track, and reflects the trajectory we are hoping for - to be complete in another two months.
